Removal of any trees within the 75 foot buffer is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the City Arborist. Typically must be Dead, Dying or Hazardous to warrant removal.
For Commercial and other non-residential zoning districts, trees of a certain size require a permit for removal (6” understory, 10” hardwood, 20” softwoods).
